Emily performed a color consultation for the entire home, interior and exterior, just to put it on the market. The original architectural concrete fireplace, kitchen finishes, and the owners' art helped us begin the palette using Benjamin Moore Paint as always.

Emily then referred the paint job to Elzinga Painting, who is also a member of SPACE: A Design Build Collective. www.spacedesignbuild.com. Bruce Elzinga is literally a rockstar painter...not only with paint, but also with music! It's his prep work and attention to detail, restoring old homes, that sets his paint work apart. Certainly he is not the cheapest painter you can find. But as we know, you get what you pay for!

After the painting was completed, Rosemary even had Emily and her assistant, Noel, come back to stage the home for sale. Seeing these photos for the first time and the fact that they got an offer in the first weekend is proof that we rocked it!
