This package is for those who like our exterior designs for sale, but you know you would like to tweak one a bit to make it perfect for you and your home. Or perhaps, you want our help, but feel that you’re starting from a blank slate. Purchase the Exterior Consultation Package, which includes your favorite exterior design, and you will receive a link to schedule your consultation. The eDesign Consultation will take place via Zoom after one week, to allow you to receive your complimentary color swatches through USPS for the exterior design you purchased.

Includes 2 one-hour Zoom meetings and customized exterior design specifications and color palette.

When we receive your order for the Exterior Design Package, you will receive 8" x 9" swatches of the colors used in the base-included design through USPS within two weeks. 

1. You will receive a downloadable pdf with a link to schedule your initial consultation.  You are welcome to schedule it as soon as you like, allowing time to receive the base-included exterior design colors from Benjamin Moore® in USPS.  

2. Along with scheduling the consultation, there is a brief questionnaire to fill out to help us clarify the new exterior design. You must attach photos of all sides of the exterior of the home, with close-up detail of finish carpentry for windows, doors, fascia board & soffits, front porch/entry, etc.

3. Your initial 60 minute consultation via Zoom will be used to determine how the base-included design can be applied to your exterior and what would be more appealing to you and applied to the unique nature of your home's architecture. We will also discuss the swatches received for the base-included design, to determine if/how those would be more appealing.

4. Prior to the 2nd Zoom Consultation, you will receive any other color swatches selected in the first Zoom consultation from Benjamin Moore® in USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for the swatches to arrive in the mail to you. We will use the swatches in the final Zoom consultation.

5. The remaining Zoom consultation will be to finalize the exterior design with the additional color choices in hand and the knowledge gained in the first consultation about how the base-included design can be applied to your home's unique architecture.  Detailed specifications will be included.
